Who We Are

The Manos Unidas Youth Coalition isn’t just a club—we are a movement of young leaders in Lubbock dedicated to making a difference. We are a community-driven group of students (ages 11-18) who meet monthly to tackle real-world issues, focus on substance use prevention, and work together to create a safer, healthier, and more inclusive environment for everyone.

What We Do

From creative arts to community advocacy, our coalition is active all year long. Our members participate in:

• Educational Workshops: Discussions on resilience, mental health, and healthy choices.

• Art & Culture: Painting nights, local festivals, and celebrating our community's diverse heritage.

• Public Speaking: Opportunities to present at coalition events and community gatherings.

• Community Service: Volunteering at local parades, 5K races, and holiday celebrations.
